Your goods will be delivered safely to you via Australia Post within 7 working days. Many items are made for you at the time of your purchase and this is why items are unable to be posted out immediately. Candles have a manufacture time, a setting time and a curing time and in the interest of having PERFECT candles, we always adhere to these

Just spend $100 or more and you will receive free postage on your order! (offer applies to shipping addresses within Australia only - excludes certain 'weighty' items where advised)

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:
We also ship internationally, via Australia Post International Postage services, however our shopping cart is not set up to include overseas shipping charges yet (coming very soon). If you live outside Australia and would like to purchase items from Candle Magick, please email us at info@candlemagick.com.au with your order and we will email you a PayPal invoice. Feel free to ask for a quote first, we're only too happy to assist.

PICK UP
Pick-up can be arranged to avoid postage costs if you live or work locally. Pick-up location is Wonga Park in Melbourne's East. Please get in touch if you wish to arrange to pick up your order. You have the option of paying for your order with cash if you use the Pick Up option


WHAT IF I HAVE PAID FOR POSTAGE BUT THEN DECIDE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

If you have already paid for postage and then decide to pick up your order, the amount can be applied to your account to be deducted from your next order. Just get in touch with us to let us know when you would like to pick your order up.
